Dear @Harry,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

This platform and our experts are based in Germany, therefore we mainly share about regulations, experiences made etc. in/from Germany. From my side, I am unfortunately also not familiar with Norwegian rules and procedures. However, if this matter is handled similar to how it is here, you probably haven't received any entry ban to the Schengen area if you voluntarily returned to your country of origin.

Similar questions were discussed on this platform before and I saw that you found this thread already, which gives more information on this.

Estimating your individual chances to get a study visa in the Schengen area is of course too difficult. I can recommend you the website "make it in Germany" to get some more details on studying in Germany, for instance.

Please don't hesitate to get back to us if you have any specific questions on studying visa etc.

All the best,

Meike
