Can I apply European(Especially German) student visa after leaving Germany due to asylum rejection by bamf?

Question

I  went to Italy on a student visa and studied there for few months,I applied for permesso di soggiorno but never went to give my finger prints and left Italy due to continuous accommodation problems, then I went to Germany and applied for asylum and was rejected from bamf, after the initial rejection, I left Germany volunteerly and  and went to Afghanistan to prevent my visa expiry.
Now my question is can I apply for German student visa or not,as I have asylum finger prints in european database and I have to show my visa at the German embassy.(or can I hide this fact by making a new passport?)
Please answer as I want to register for IELTS asap.

What you are asking for is a federal crime. Changing your identity. You can be incarcerated for this. Just apply as a student with your original identity.

Iam not asking for changing the identity but applying for new passport after reporting the loss of previous one, Iam afraid as German embassy will see my italian visa, they will come to know about my asylum and will never issue me visa.
