What will happen once my child is born? Ausländerbehörde asked that we should do a DNA test

Hallo
Am Hanah and I really need your help.
Am having a permit to study Ausbildung for 3 years and I have finished my 1st year.
I have never applied asylum
I got pregnant with my German boyfriend and we went to do vaterschaft which was suspended since am doing Ausbildung with Ausbildung duldung.

I got a letter from Auslander office saying We should agree doing the DNA test since am supporst to leave the country which is not true then we can continue with vaterschaft.

Am not facing any deportation or I have not dropped my Ausbildung.So what they said it's not true.They told us to agree DNA test or else they will make my life difficult when doing Ausbildung or staying in Germany

We saw it as a threat and  latter rejected the DNA test since the reason they gave is wrong and am not deportable or facing any deportation.
I have not applied any permit because I will have a German child.

What will happen once my child is born
.Will he get German passport?
.Can we now do vaterschaft?
.Can they stop me from Ausbildung since I refused to do DNA test?
.Can they take my permit back

Thank you for your question, I will try to answer as followed:
Will he get German passport?
--> yes, as the father is a German, but you will have to apply for that.
.Can we now do vaterschaft?
Yes, please contact the Jugendamt in your district and ask for Vaterschaftsanerkennung Process.
.Can they stop me from Ausbildung since I refused to do DNA test?
No, but please make sure you do start the process of Vaterschaftsanerkennung with the Jugendamt.
.Can they take my permit back
No, as long as you have the Ausbildung they cant.
However, I would consult auf lawyer on this case( there are probono Lawyers as well-depending on where you live).
