Hello,

I have a degree that's recognized in germany and I want to apply for the skilled worker permit

My questions is how do I do if a job is qualified or not aside from applying for it and getting judged by Ausländerbehörde and Agentur für Arbeit,

In case I get rejected Do I get multiple chances after that? Cuz Ausländerbehörde says I need to withdraw the asylum and apply for the permit. And is this true I have to withdraw first risking lots of things ? I wanna make sure if I can apply for the skilled worker permit again after rejection and loss of aufenthaltsgestattung  or is there any way I can apply first and get the permit and withdraw?

Thank you so much in advance

No, you cannot have the cake and eat it too.

Many people would abuse the system if they were allowed to come to Germany as refugees and later switch to a work visa so easily. In this case, the authorities are correct. Either you withdraw the case, which could turn out very badly for you, or you remain in the same pipeline where you are now, waiting to be processed.
