I don't know what Visa you applied for, but I recommend finding an Ausbildung and making a preparational language course, which is "included" in the residence purpose of §16a of the german residence act.

The residence purpose of quality in-company vocational training as referred to in sentence 1 also comprises German language courses preparing participants for vocational training, in particular job-related German language training in line with the Ordinance on German Language Training (Deutschsprachförderverordnung).

If you get this residence permit, you don't have to change anything after completing your language course.
