Dear @Jeddy,
Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.
Unfortunately, I am not an expert on the residence law in student matters. But if I am not mistaken, it is not very easy to bring the family to Germany as long as you hold a residence permit as student. One requirement will be that you can cover the daily costs of every family memmber joining you here in Germany. And you need to prove your financial status well. Since you are currently probably only allowed to work in a limited scope (restrictions due to your student residence permit), this might be a major burden. Additional requirements are, for instance, that you can provide enough living space and your spouse needs to speak German on a basic level (A1) as well.
Once you managed to bring your family to Germany, I am not sure how authorities would react if you and your family apply for asylum and if they will still ask you to cover the costs. I will link our dear @mbeon-Christine here. Maybe she can give any advice and add some information. In this thread, in which we discussed a similar topic, she also stated: "An asylum application has be to thoroughly substantiated if you don't want it to be rejected, and it has further backdraws such as the obligation to live in an asylum centre and lack of access to the labour market during the first months."
In any case, don't hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.
All the best,
Meike
