Welcome to the Wefugees community and thank you for sharing your question.
In general, people with subsidiary protection don’t need to face negative consequences in Germany, when they travel to their country of origin.
It is different for people who are recognized as refugees and hold a “blue passport”.
However, I can not guarantee, that once the BAMF invites you for another interview to check, if you are still in danger in your home country and they learn that you travel there frequently, they might be irritated and get doubts (please see further and important information here).
