Hello to everyone and please help me urgently

I got a negative decision from first instance court and now I am waiting to get a free lawyer how I will be able to write and send my apply to Constitutional court. In same negative judgment I have 14 days to leave a county or to be deported. Its 2 months how I had received decision, but 3 weeks ago my health conditions was extremely bad, because I can't go back home and from that day I am in hospital (3 weeks). I am a 50% mental invalid and I suffer from PTSD, ADHS, strong depression..etc and now doctors want to release from hospital, and they wrote in papers that I am very bad, that I need treatment and therapy here and how I am not able, not health to travel? In two days I must go out from hospital and I do not know what to do and how to prevent deportation. I am afraid that police will not wait me at place where I live and on force arrest and kick out. I can't go back home to face a risk of torture and brutal death and because of that if I must I will choose how to die. Please anyone I need urgent help and suggestion, cause I do not have anyone who are responsible for me.

Thanks in advance.
