Can i stop my asylum and move in an apartment with my girlfriend?

I'm an asylum seeker currently living in Netherlands. But I want to go back to germany for second asyl request. If this works out, once I submit my request for asyl, I want to stay with my girlfriend and we start working on marriage process.. we were staying together before I got deported to Netherlands. Our relationship has been active for one yr plus now and it's really serious.  I want to know what I should do regarding my case.. as I really wanna go back to germany... please help..

My fiance is german. She is first class citizen.. She has a good job.. she lives alone in her own apartment with two room..
