Should I stop my asylum and move to my fiancé's apartment?

I'm an asylum seeker currently living in Netherlands. But I want to go back to germany for second asyl request. If this works out, once I submit my request for asyl, I want to stay with my girlfriend and we start working on marriage process..Start a family... She is German nationality and lives alone in a spacious flat and also with a good job.... Our relationship has been active for one yr plus now and it's really serious.  I want to know what I should do regarding my case.. as I really wanna go back to germany... please help

Dear @Ousman, thank you for your question. In your situation it would be best if you get married in the Netherlnads and then your fiance applis for family reunion for Germany. You could do a second asylum in Germany but then Germany will not process your case as the Dublin Regulation will apply, that means that NL is responsible for your case.
