Dear Adnan khan,

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

Please note that we are not lawyers and therefore cannot offer profound legal counselling here.

I highly recommend you to consult a counselling office (i.e. an asylum procedure counslling office/"Asylverfahrensberatung" - they offer free of charge and confidental support) or a lawyer. The Dublin procedure is quite complex (sometimes it can make sense to appeal, sometimes an appeal is not helpful at all etc. - see also this thread for more details.) and it is hardly possible to give a serious adivce without knowing your individual case in detail.

For general information on the Dublin procedure, you may check Handbook Germany as well.

If you have any further (more specific) questions, please don't hesitate to get back to us.

All the best,

Meike

If you got Dublin then no one can help you especially first six months of your in Aslyum. If Germany doesn't deport you within these said period then your case will cancelled to Dublin and then your final interview would be conducted again in BAMF.
