Can I marry my German boyfriend who is jobless?

Hello, I asked a question here some time back about marriage but I got confused about the answer. Am a Ghanaian and currently in Ghana. I will be traveling on tourist schengen visa to Germany and meet my German boyfriend so we get married in Denmark. But my boyfriend isn't working and depending on social and he's living in just one room. Will I get residence permit in Germany after our marriage even if he's not working? Because I read somewhere that the man must at least work eight hours a day before he can marry. My second question is, if we marry in Denmark on my tourist visa, will the German authorities still ask me to go back to my country and apply for family reunion or they will grant me my permit straight away? Thanks

It's not necessary to be employed in order to marry. See the first paragraph in my answer in this thread:

However, the residence permit will only be granted when authorities believe that you are actually living together as a married couple. For this reason it would make sense to live in the same apartment which can be difficult if it's just one room.

I can't tell you whether you will be granted a residence permit right away or if you have to return to Ghana and come back with a proper visa. It depends on your individual case.
