For fully acknowledged refugees ("Asylberechtigte"), it is possible to get naturalised as an Austrian citizen after residing there legally and uninterrupted for at least 6 years.

In addition, you will have to fulfil the general requirements for naturalisation. For example you have to have a job that covers most of your living expenses, you have to prove knowledge of the German language and the democratic system of Austria (that's a written test), it is important that you didn't commit any crimes and some other points that you find following the second link below.
