Can I marry in Germany using the passport that I get after my asylum has been accepted?

Hello, i want to ask a question

I am engaged and my Fiance is German national (by birth) and belong to a well settled family. They have their own business. I have applied for assylum and hope fully will be  accepted. My question is am i allowed to go for legal marriage (standtasmt ) with pasport which i get after my assylum acceptnce??? If not then what are the other options/chances  ?? How can i get regiesterd my marriage here.

After being accepted as a refugee you will receive a so-called blue passport. I'm not sure whether it will be sufficient to prove your identity at Standesamt.

Do you still have your home country's passport? Usually you have to hand it in at Standesamt in order to prove them that you really are the person that you claim to be.

The easiest way to find out whether the blue passport is sufficient or not might be, to just go to Standesamt and ask them about the options you have.

No i dont have my home country passport.
But i have heard after assylum acceptance we have an option of getting blue passport or either can apply for passport of our home country (i’m not sure ) embassy.

If you get acknowledged as a refugee you will receive a blue passport. It's definitely not possible for you to get in touch with your home country's embassy for example in order to issue a new passport. Technically the embassy is part of your home country. And as an acknowledged refugee you are not allowed to enter your home country. Also trying to get a new passport at the embassy will be a reason for German authorities to revoke your refugee status. You were granted this status because your home country wasn't either willing or able to provide shelter for you. But if you go there, you basically prove German authorities that you are not in need of their protection anymore.
