After Umverteilung Ausländerbehörde lost my documents that they wanted to send - what to do now?

Hello I have been posting so many questions recently about my marriage process which went success and now living with my wife here in Berlin since last April when they accepted my umverteilung officially.
But until now it's confusing me alot, since last year September we married , my umverteilung was approved in April, since then I applied for the Aufenthalstitell, and I was told that they gonna ask Reutlingen to send my documents and passport afterwards they will send me an invitation approximately 3 weeks.
So I waited until last 2 weeks I was their to confirm, they saud until now I have to wait for Reutlingen maybe for 2 weeks according to them.
I waited after 2 weeks yesterday my wife called the responsible person for my case at the amt, saud that she looks into every where there is nothing sent by Reutlingen, and said she is also going to write to them an email again.
But also told us to call them by our selves, so I did that today in the morning, I asked her all what Ausländerbehord in Berlin told me, so the lady checked and said to me that they sent all my documents to them since April, and now they haven't got anything with them from me.

So now it's confusing me Berlin said waiting for Reutlingen, Reutlingen said they sent everything since April so I don't know which is which.

So please I need a legal advice to know how to react on this, and also if necessary that you can recommend me to any special lawyer on this case.
Because it's a long time now nothing is process and done.

Nice to hear from you again.

You said that the responsible person for your case in Berlin wrote a mail to Reutlingen. That happened two days ago. Maybe you should give them a little time to figure out what happened and call them back by the end of this week.

Otherwise it might be a good idea to go to Willkommenszentrum Berlin. They offer counselling at the following times (at Potsdamer Straße 65, 10785 Berlin):

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 09.00-13.00 (doors open at 08:00)
Thursdays also 15.00 - 18.00 (doors open at 14:00)

They might be able to tell you how to proceed in such a situation. Definitely check it out before consulting a lawyer because that's going to be way more expensive.

Thank you so much for your quick response.
Actually my wife spoke to this responsible person of my case 2 days ago, and she said to her that she is going to re-write to them again to send the files.
But the same time she asked us to called Reutlingen by our selves to confirm, so thats what i did yesterday, and the lady said to me that everything is sent to Berlin since April.

But as you said am gonna be at this place by next  week.
