What are the requirements for the permanent residence (Niederlassungserlaubnis) with a deportation ban?

Hello everyone,
I was using duldung since 2019 June and I later applied for second asylum around December 2019 and I got Ban of deportation from Bamf February 2020.due to locked down of covid19. I
couldn't work or go to school.  Even I received
my plastic around November 2020 . I started
integration 2021 July till December also started
working around April 2022 and i also got unlimited work contract from my Employee
. By counting I will be 5 years  next year
February 2025. My Question now is that.  Should I apply for permanent residence permit now or I should wait until February I received positive from Bamf?

Did I understand correctly that you are holding a residence permit according to section 25 (3)? You would have to hold this residence permit for five years to meet the respective requirement for the permanent residence permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis). The time spent in the asylum procedure might be taken into account. However, since you inititally were issued a toleration, I cannot assess how the immigration office will calculate in your case. Either way you should have fulfilled the five years soon.

What I am thinking about, however, is, that you may not meet the requirement of contributing to the pension insurance for a minimum of 60 months yet. Am I correct? For the full list of requirements (in various languages) you can check Handbook Germany as well.
