I want to change my Ausbildung Field but I didn't getting any Contract letter

Hello Sir,

I am Vishal Indian Trainee, i am doing a Ausbildung write now as a Salesperson and I want to change my Ausbildung Field but still didn't got any Contract letter from another company and my probation period will end on 15 January. I tried to search Ausbildung but all employers says that we can give letter in August and I have no time because of probation period and I want to ask you when i resign my Ausbildung so how many months I will allowed to still here and search another Ausbildung and my visa is valid for 1 year write now I am here from past 4 months so when i change I need a Residence permit or the 16a visa is valid for still here and search another Ausbildung.

Welcome to the Wefugees Community and sorry for the rather late reply.

Unfortunately, I am not very experienced with vocational training visas and their conditions but I will at least link some threads with similar questions we discussed on this platform before. Here and also here my colleague Éanna actually highlighted that it will be important to have a new contract for an "Ausbildung" before you quit the first to secure your residence permit. Is there any particular reason why you want to finish your current training immediately? And what would you like to do in the meantime until the new training year and potential new Ausbildung (August) starts?

I can always recommend to contact a migration counselling office for individual support in these matters as well.
