What to do if the ausländerbehödre didn't respond to my emails and calls for as long as 10 months

I am still waiting for my baby's termin for residential permit. Have applied for termin when she was born. And waited for almost 3 months and then again sent an email filling the formular. No response. Since then I'm trying via phone everyday almost 5-10 calls per day since Feb. What should I do next. I have sent email for leiterin auch. I understand they're overloaded and understaffed but waiting for 10 long months .

Where are you from and what kind of visa/resident permit  are you holding? Is your baby German?
You should try to go to Auslanderbehörde personaly. What i know is the baby will get resident permit like what the parents have. Currently Auslanderbehörde are really understaff so maybe the fastest way to get a temporary permit is getting Fiktionbescheinigung depends how long it is valid what i know is not even longer than 1 year

My husband holds a blue card. We're from the Augsburg city. Yeah, we went to the amt personally but the person at the door won't let you in if you don't have a termin.
