Please read my letter, because I tried to write it briefly but I couldn't.

Question

I am Dublin of Austria and after receiving a letter of BAMF in Germany I Appealed in court and I got rejected from the judge and after rejection the six months started over for my deportation. And now the six months is finished but I didn't receive any update from BAMF, my question is:
if I ask my lawyer to send one letter to  BAMF and asking about my Dublin transfer time is it finished yet or not. I need your answer if it's good for me, I will take an appointment with my lawyer.

thank you for sharing your question with the Wefugees Community.

It is a good idea to make an appointment with your lawyer and talk to her/him about the end of your Dublin evaluation process. For sure, he/she knows better about it, whether your Dublin process has finished or not. Although the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees of Germany (BAMF) usually sends you a letter about it, when this Office takes the responsibility of your case.

However, if this Office hast not done so yet, it is good to make an appointment with your lawyer and talk to her/him about it, if it is a good idea to write the BAMF and ask them to take the responsibility of your case.
