If someone has a permit to stay in other eu country...  And then came to Germany and re-ask for asylum there... Does Germany have a time line to give him a negative answer.... Or he could wait for years without any answer from the BAMF... Cause I been waiting since 15 months now....

Welcome to our community and thank you for your question.

It can happen that it takes a long time for BAMF to decide on your case. However, you can file an action for failure to act ("Untätigkeitsklage") which forces them to process your case. We had a question about a similar topic here on Wefugees in the past. Please check out the information in this thread:


Keep in mind that you will most likely receive a negative result because you already hold a residence permit for another European country.
