Hi thanks for the question and welcome to the Comunity.
According to the Dublin Regulations asylum seekers are only allowed to apply for Asylum in the Eu country who's responsible for thier Asylum.
rejected asylum seekers aren't allowed to seek for Asylum in another Eu Country rather than the one who's responsible for thier Asylum. If rejected asylum seekers leave the EU country who's responsible for thier Asylum they will be rejected by the Second EU country which they travel to. the EU have deployed a System called Eurodac it detects already registered Asylum seekers in Eu member states thus allowing them to find it out easily only by taking thier fingerprints. I wish you Good luck with your Asylum claim hopefully you get a Good results from the authorities

Hello Robert,

thank you for sharing this question with us as Nelly already layed out there is a timely procedure when it comes to Asylum applications.

One thing to add would be that it is not unusual that it takes 6 months or longer.

Best regards,
