Can I apply for asylum in another country after 18 months?

hi everyone
I have applied in refugee in Sweden and I get refused and departure from the country
I would like to apply again in another Europe country I asked Salictor he said you can apply again for second time after 18 months from the refusal in another European country.
is this information true or not .

I'm not really sure if it's true, Normally rejected asylum seekers in the EU, aren't allowed to seek second Asylum in other countries which are made up of the European Union, according to the Dublin Regulations. where are you now?  You should try to engage a well experienced immigration lawyer who knows much about the Eu Residency and Asylum proceedings .good luck
