Dear  I have French visa I want to apply for Asylum in Germany I know Dublin procedure is there way not sending me back to France ?How long it takes to accept my asylum process ? I am Iraqi with Family please help, I have PHD from Sorbon 6 , I havent applyied for any asylum in france only get French visa .

I dont want to be sent back to france or deported .

Unfortunately, I can't see a way how to avoid Dublin III in this case. France issued you a visa and therefore Germany will refer you back to France if you claim asylum in Germany. However, there is a loophole: If you leave the EU for more than 3 months and return (e.g. to Germany) and then apply for asylum, it can be treated as a new case that is not related to your previous stay in the EU. You said you have a Ph.D. Have you checked whether it entitles you for a Blue Card? That would allow you to stay without having an asylum procedure. Check out these links for further information:
