Welcome to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

My colleague Éanna actually gave an answer on a very similar question here before. In sum it is, unfortunately, not possible with a temporary residence permit in Poland to live and work in Germany. You either need a long-term residencey or apply for a respective visa at the German embassy.
