How can I work in Germany with Poland temporal card

Dear Sir or madam,
please i'm ask this question on behalf of my friend, my name is yakubu, my friend asylum is rejected and they want to deporte him but he went to Poland and get 3 years temporary card, and he came back to Germany. what requirements will he need to be able work in Germany. He is a Ghanaian.
