Hi @Mahdi2002

We answer questions here about Germany so I am not familiar with the asylum system in the UK. However, it is not possible to leave the UK while you have an ongoing asylum case. If you wish to withdraw your case and leave the UK to study in the USA or Canada, then it is a matter for their respective embassies. As part of a student visa application process, the embassies generally require the following:

  • The person has a valid travel document and their identity is clear
  • They can support themselves financially
  • They are legally resident in the UK. I do not know whether the USA and Canadian embassies accept a UK immigration status of asylum seeker for this.

If you wish to do this, then make a visa application and inform the UK immigration authorities if you are successful.

Best,

Éanna
