Thanks for the reply, but the answer is still not clear, what if the person travel outside Germany to another Europe country. For 7 months, Without seeking Asyl in another EU country, or he didn't go under deportation, Dublin procedure either Voluntary but he went to other Eu because of crime level against him. His reason was to go their and prove his innocent. In this period he was still holding Aufenthaltsgestattung which is still Valid. Because is case was still pending in court. It was after is returned, 2 years later he went for his court procedure. When he was away, his rent and Health payments was still be paid by the social government. In such a case, we such a person get the Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht?
