Dear @Nermine,
I am sorry to read of your situation. I hope we can help you here to improve things.
Firstly, if you call the police you will not be deported. If you feel in danger, I strongly encourage you to call the police.
A person can only be deported after their legal status in Germany has been looked at in detail. If they are not entitled to be here, then the authorities can issue a deportation order. But this can only happen after a legal process has been completed.
The things your husband says about divorce and deportation are not true. It is possible for you to separate/divorce and stay in Germany.
I assume you have a residence permit according to paragraph 28 of the Residence Law (it will have something like this § 28 Aufenthaltsgesetz on the front of your residence permit card). For people with this permit, you usually have to be living with your spouse in Germany for at least three years before you can have an independent permit.
However, in cases of domestic violence (which is what is happening in your case), the person does not have to be here three years. You can already now get a permit independent of your spouse, initially for one year long. In this time you can also access state supports (such as from the Jobcenter).
In order to receive this special permit, you have to have proof of the domestic violence. This can be in the form of medical reports, police reports, or criminal proceedings. There are also special organisations that help with this issue. Such organisations can also write a report to help you in getting your own independent residence permit.
The best such place for you first to contact is a woman’s refuge. This is called ‘Frauenhaus’ in German and they are throughout Germany. The Frauenhaus in Munich can help you with counselling, offering you a safe place to stay where your address will not be known, and with clarifying your residency status. They help you for free and everything you discuss with them remains confidential. They can provide translators and have information in English here:
https://***.frauenhilfe-muenchen.de/?id=7527
And Arabic here:
https://***.frauenhilfe-muenchen.de/?id=7522
This is their number: 089 35 48 30
You can call them any time day or night.
Here is another phone support service for women in your situation:
https://***.hilfetelefon.de/en/das-hilfetelefon/beratung/telefon-beratung.html
The number is 08000 116 016. You can also call them for free at any time and they offer support is different languages.
You can also contact my colleagues and I on the free app mbeon:
https://***.mbeon.de/en/home/
There you will find counsellors who know about migration law and can assist you in Arabic and English.
There is a lot of support available from different organisations for someone in your situation and we would be happy to assist you further. However, due to the seriousness of your situation, I encourage you to contact the woman’s refuge as soon as possible. They will be able to offer you a safe place to stay. Once you have that, you can get additional help in sorting out everything else (residence status, financial support, healthcare). You can, of course, feel free to ask us questions here at any time.
