Hello again @Jeddy,
a waiting time of three months also occurred in the past - due to the work overload of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees; - though unpleasant, quite normal in some regions. In the current situation, with more than 330,000 people having arrived from Ukraine in a very short time, it might even take longer, because their applications for an integration course have been prioritized. You should stay in contact with your VHS in order to stay on the waiting list for all new starting courses, so that you can begin your course immediately when the permission finally arrives.
In the meantime, you can start learning online, via "Deutsche Welle" (https://***.dw.***/de/deutschkurse/s-2068)
or the VHS, too:

If you have any further questions or need help with the online-courses, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
I hope my answers were helpful and I’ll be very pleased if you contact me again with further questions. I'm a member of the mbeon-staff and I‘ll be glad to guide over a longer period of time. mbeon is an online advisory service for migrants via the mbeon-app, which you can download on your smartphone for free. You'll find me in the mbeon-app under my location „München” and then my name “Frau Müller“ and get confidential one-to-one advice in a safe virtual room where nobody can read messages.
