Good day dear wefugee teams,

The Bundesamt accepted my application for integration  course six months ago at vhs but there are no place available atm in vhs so they are telling me to wait and it has been 3 months since i am waiting after I gave the placement test

They said (Volkshochschule) that it might even not start before October so I found a job for myself and start working recently because cannot waste my time anymore.

My question is; now that I start working full time I will not receive Arbeitslosengeld II so if I leave my job before the integration course date is fixed, will the Bundesamt still pay for my integration course? And will I be able to apply for Arbeitslosengeld again after 3-4 months?

Your help is always much appreciated thank you.

Dear @Azimi

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us again.

I am not sure if I fully understand your question(s). What I can say is that you will receive unemployment money again as soon as you are in need and you don't have enough income to cover your basic costs of living (after you applied for the respective benefits at the jobcenter of course). Did you receive an excemption from the costs for the integration course already? I am not hundred percent sure actually, if there might be a chance of revoking the exemption if you earn money now. Let me link my dear colleague @mbeon-fardeen here. Maybe he can help to clarify in this matter.

All the best,

Meike
