they gave me fiktionbishigung and not residency permit as my spouse is German and i had shengen visa, whats next?

Can you give some more details on your background, please? Are you Ukrainian? 

If your wife is German, the authorities may issue a residence permit according to section 28 of the German Residence Act (as spouse of a German citizen). The authorities issued the Fiktionsbescheinigung as they most probably could not finally decide on your application yet. But that does not need to be a bad sign. Also people who came from Ukraine and apply for the temporary protection according to section 24 of the German Residence Act can get a Fiktionsbescheinigung in the first place before their applications are finally assessed. To know more about your rights, it could help to have a **** at the details written on the document as well.

I am Lebanese and i came to Germany on a French shengen visa.i got married in Denmark and registered my marriage in Germany and before my shengen visa expired, my lawyer sent and email to Ausländerbehörde that he wants to give me residency permit without me going back to lebanon. They replied to him that they need a copy of my french visum and the A1 certificate and i went and gave them documents and they took my fingerprints and they gave me the fiktionsbescheinigung and said they will email my lawyer and they will see their reply and they will act accordingly, but no idea what they want from my lawyer...

The document also says that it is valid till 17-06-2022 and i cannot work and i cannot travel
