When can I apply for a permit?

When can I apply for a residence permit? I am already in the second year of my ausbildung. Quite soon I will be having my intermediate exams before the finals. My taxes are paid before I receive my salary. Even we got a date for the court. Any piece of advice that we should know before our presence on the given date at court? It would be quite helpful! My parents and I are living in Germany for 4 in a half years . My mother is suffering from chronic disease. My father has A2 and is still looking for a job. Although he got a legal permission previously, therefore he worked for 2 months. I dont' have patience with our housemates! I am done with them. The housemaster is useless and says nothing to them ,even the social worker. I am done seriously! These people are getting on my nerves.

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and I am sorry to hear that you are still facing difficulties in your living conditions. I remember that we discussed them once here before. Did you apply in the meantime to rent an own appartment, as my colleague Fardeen recommended?

Regarding your explanations above and your question about the residence permit, I am not really sure to what extend your situation has changed or which additional information can be useful to you as already provided in my colleague's answer in one of your ealier opened threads. What exactly are you referring to when you are talking about the date at "court"?

We got an appointment for our first hearing at the court right in the month of March.

The problem is each and everytime my father gets a job offer ,first and foremost he has to seek a permission as he doesn't holds a permit. Previously, he also got a legal permission to work for 2 months. I have been informed that  I cannot pay for the rent of my parents as in Germany each and everyone who is above 18 are responsible for themselves. Even I had a word but I was informed that unfortunately I cannot pay for the rent of my parents. I dont' want to move out leaving my parents'. Our housemates are guess from Iran or from some arab country. Well that doesnt' matter. The issue is these people are violent and keeps ordering us as if he is the guard. Today my mother had a turmoil with this maniac man. Our housemaster is useless! I informed him. He said that he cannot do anything about it. Everytime my father wants a job permission,the foreign officer keeps delaying for such a long time that my father had to lose the job offer!

I am going through depression,sleepless nights, anxiety and although after the complain nothing has been done. We have our first hearing on the 29th of March at court.
