I would not recommend you to waste time and money while looking for a lawyer who will deal with your daily/regular paperwork - I doubt that lawyers consider this as part of their usual tasks or duties either. It is actually something, counselling offices are specialised in and I am sure they can even help you free of charge and in a more sustainable way (as social workers are most of the times more patient and explain you in detail how to manage the paperwork yourself in the future).
I remember that I recommended you in one of your earlier opened threads to get in touch with a counselling office, right? Did you manage to do so and how was the experience? Back then, I tried to make some research on contact details here. Are you still living in the area of Neuss? Otherwise, I am also happy to make new research on addresses.
