Fiktionsbescheinigung pending extended residence permit pick up

Hello wefugees,
It will please me if you can provide me with your understanding concerning this issue.
A Residence permit according to section 25(5) of residence act was issued for 6 months, now  the  6 months will soon expire .
Application for renewal was made and granted and all the necessaries process have been completed such as finger prints and Foto.
While waiting for the pickup Termin, a fiktionsbescheinigung was issued for 6 months.
Now my question is this, will the extended residence permit carries the same 6 months validity period as in the fiktionsbescheinigung?
Or the renewed residence permit will come with deference validity period?
My second question is this, why the Ausländerbehörde issued Fiktionsbescheinigung even though the extension has been granted therefore the decision no more pending and the current residence permit is valid for another one month?

Which city or state do you stay?Have you been working n supporting yourself?
Whatever is in fiktionsbescheinigung is what will appear in your residence card
