Dear @Ogbonmwan

Thank you for reaching out to the Wefugees community!

Your issue is yet not clear to me. Could you please give some more information or reformulate the question?

I am sure, that our community members and experts are happy to support!

Looking forward to hear from you again.

All the best,

Meike

Thanks for your response @Meike What I mean is that, I called the person working on my Aufenthaltstitel at the Ausländerbehörde to know how far they've gone on it and he told me that they've already ordered for the card in Berlin so I want to know how true is that.

Dear Ogbonmwan,

thank you for sharing your question with the wefugee community,

What you have been told by Ausländeramt is correct:
After you handed in your papers and they have checked the documents and done the necessary backgroundchecks they order the Aufenthaltstitel from the federal printing agency (Bundesdruckerei) in Berlin which might take a few weeks.

Thanks a lot@Bern. The other issue is, I was told at the Ausländerbehörde that I will receive a brief after two weeks that contains my pin code now it's three weeks and I haven't received any brief. Should I still wait or what?
Hi Ogbonmwan,
I was also tempted to tell you that after 2 weeks you'll receive the pin code letter (that's the "official" answer) but in reality it might take longer. I would recommend to wait at least 4 weeks before  contacting Ausländerbehörde.

Thanks and God bless you for your response.
Please what I want to know is that. Do bundesdruckerei in Berlin have any reason to delay or not printing out one aufenthaltstitel after when it has been ordered for? Plz I really want to know. Thanks
@mbeon-Bernd As I understand right it is ok to link you again to see the second question Ogbonmwan asked? Also looking forward to the answer (listening here a lot) Thanks

@WadgySaSa, yes, no Problem. It's better to link me since I'm not constantly following every post :-)

@Ogbonmwan,

I don't think that Bundesdruckerei is delaying your Aufenthaltstitel on purpose. They just need some time to do their job. Besides producing your Aufenthaltstitel, they are also responsible to produce all German passports, driving licenses and IDs. Just try to relay a little bit :-)
