Hi!

I am a from ghana currently in germany as an asylum seeker. I have a 6 months Duldung at the moment.

My wife is from Italy but she lives in UK.

We managed to get my passport and get married through Utah ceremony in 2020.

I want to move to UK and apply for EUSS family permit but I am scared that during the process, UK embassy might inform ausländerbehörde, take my passport and deport me. Can they do that?

Can I apply for the permit to move to uk? Should i inform someone before doing it?

Any help is appreciated

I understand you . but uk embassy cannot do so giving you passport to ausländebehöder but you not qualified to get a visa to uk with duldung.  because you are also understand assylum and is also finished with duldung.  don't just waste your time at uk embassy.  even if she is near Germany is not possible
