Can one be deported(duldung)if the said person has a family whose cases are still in court?I mean can family be separated?

i got my final rejection about a year ago ... but i have a Dublin case

if the family cases are still in court (Aufenthaltsgestattung) and u all applied almost at the same time, they have to wait for the results.
