It is actually really difficult to give you a tailored advice without knowing your personal story and background. I would highly recommend you to contact a migration counselling office, for instance, to discuss your conditions and perspectives individually and in more detail. Maybe you could apply for the hardship commission (Härtefallkommission) in your federal state. But this really depends on your case.
Please let us know if you need support in finding a respective counselling office close to your place of stay. There are numerous support offices all over Germany - offering confidential and free of charge services!
