Hello wefugees team,
I couldn't find answers to my questions.
So i ask here, first- my visa expires soon (student Aufenthalt) and i cannot extend due to my Exmatrikulation.
So how long does it take so that my data gets erased from eu data base. I am intending to leave Germany to my home country and came back after a while to eu and claim asylum.
2- what other choice i have at this short time to extend my Aufenthalt except university admission or Ausbildung which takes time for admission.
