My name is Kiara .I am from Iran .I came in France with France Schengen visa .and stay in Germany from last 10 months illegal . now I applied asyl in Germany .can I get Dublin3 or they send me back to France or Iran back.i have first time Asyl in Germany Not in france.and my passport not with me .but my fingers prints are in eurodac.
