Hey, can you tell me where you are now? Do you have an accommodation so far? Usually, when you are registered first, it is all about waiting. The registration can take (unfortunately) up to 3 months. During that time, you can only move around the area, where you have been registered = the city, town, county. When you receive your 'ID' that is a green card with your photo, name and the address of your actual location inside it says how long it is valid and on the back it tells if you have any restrictions in moving. Some friends have a restriction to move only in Berlin and Brandenburg until December and then they can go anywhere. For others they don't have it at all etc. - When the administration of your place gives you this card ASK FOR THE INFORMATION !!! Mostly they don't tell people, because they don't think about it. Because of your finger prints: At the moment, you should have the opportunity to stay in Germany for the next 6 months. Depending on where you come from and how long the asylum case and the 'Ausländerbehörde' take to proceed this can extent up to 1 year. Most people from Syria and Iraq receive a permit to stay for 3 years, Afghani, Pakistani, Bangladeshi people have a 50-50 chance. In the worst case, after 6 months you will receive a letter (it has to be handed personally to you otherwise it is NOT valid!) that tells you if you have to leave. In that case, you can refuse - at best go to a lawyer and let them write the letter and send it to the court. There are lawyers, who do this for free at best go to the next informationcenter for refugees - volunteers at the camps usually have the contacts. Then it is all about waiting and court decisions again. In the worst case, you will have to go to Hungary if your home-country is considered as too dangerous, but Germany refuses. In any case: GERMAN BUREAUCRACY is very STRICT: it takes ages to proceed your papers, but it requires you to immediately react. If you don't, they bother you. Always feel free to ask the people around you. If you need a lawyer, translator, general advice let me know, where you are located, then we can find the right addresses where you can go to.
Thanks for answering, I'm currently in a camp in langenhagen, Hannover but the main camp is in Braunschweig,we didn't get the green id card that you were talking about yet we are still waiting and no one is telling us when we are gonna do the court interview and do the fingerprints and take the ausweise

Leider habe ich noch kein Interview gemacht
I am sorry to hear that you have not gotten an Interview yet. It is amaizing how long it can take for a procedure. I really hope that you get an Interview really soon.
Thanks :)
Hopefully you will get an interview this year. German refugee authority works on that. See this
