My asylum is granted in germany throw court appeal  and my home country passport is in auslanderbehörder

is there any problem for me in auslanderbehörder to become my aufenthaltstitel?
And bamf rejected my case and i appeal against and i win in court
So Now bamf can also make a rejection or speak to court something or auslanderbehörder can make something against? Any advice

Congratulations! Good to hear that you won your case in court. Now, the BAMF has to grant you the protection status (I really don’t know why or how they could reject the court decision) and the immigration office will issue a residence permit. From my perspective there is nothing to worry about.
