Dear @uzma

Welcome back to the Wefugees Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

Congratulations! Good to hear that you won your case in court. Now, the BAMF has to grant you the protection status (I really don’t know why or how they could reject the court decision) and the immigration office will issue a residence permit. From my perspective there is nothing to worry about.

Please don’t hesitate to get back to us with any further questions.

All the best,

Meike
