asylum seeker to spouse visa in uk [closed]

my boyfriend is asylum seeker waiting for interview in uk.i have ILE settlement visa.So we want to get married and change his visa status.Is it possible ? Can someone givee a full and correct information about it because i dont know anything and how to start it?6

I am afraid that our experts are a bit reserved to assess your case, as they are based in Germany and the majority doesn’t have much experience with laws and processes in the UK.

In Germany, for example, a marriage is not dependent on a residence status. As long as people can provide the required documents, they can also get officially married.

After the marriage it might make sense to take back the asylum request in order to apply for a residence permit.

Maybe other community members can also share their experiences.
