I'm asylum seeker and want to marry in Italy

I am shaukat khan from pakistan. I am asylum seeker in italy and case is refused and i didn't appeal again. At the moment i live illegally. I have a girlfriend south american and she have Italian permanent permisso di soggiorno. We want to marry each other. Can i marry her if i am illegal in Italy?

How to marry in Italy was already discussed a couple of times on this platform. Please check, for example, either this thread or also this one for more information on required documents, the process etc. 

As discussed here for the situation in Greece or here for Turkey, I assume that it will unfortunately also not be possible to marry in Italy if you are hiding yourself from authorities.

Well. If i apply for asylum and don't have permesso di soggiorno of 6 months then can i marry in that scenario?
