what kind of help are you looking for? Please give some more details:

where does your friend live? In which country, alone or camp accomodation?

How old is your friend, is it an adult or child?

How long is he in Germany now? After 15 months, he/ she should have access to National health insurance.

Does he need any kind of medical tool, help or visual aid? If he gets money from social welfare (Jobcenter, AlG II), he can apply for medical tools there

Has the need of special protection because of the disability been taken into account in the the asylum seeking process??

My friend is come from Pakistan my friend  2year ago come in germany he is 30year old he live whit my room not visual  aid he come in germany 60% visual problem then 1 year ago fully blind
