Here you can ask, answer and find questions surrounding the topic: arriving in Germany
Hi. Please.
I have a question to ask about my duldung position.  I'm working with Duldung since  6 months.  Within 3 months  the send me a FORM that I should fill it. And give them the reason why I don't want to go back to my country.  Which I did.  After 3 months again. They send me The same FORM that I should fill it and also tell them the reason why I don't want to go back to my country.. But what is confusing me now is that.  MY AUSWEIS  WILL BE EXPIRE ON THE 6th OF JUNE.  AND THEY SEND ME A POST AND A FORM  WHICH THE WANT ME  TO FILL. In other to give them the  reason  why I don't want  to  go  back  to  my country That I should come on the 18th of June in other to renew my AUSWEIS duldung. But I don't know the reason why.  And I'm working.
Now. I WILL STAY WITH NON VALID AUSWEIS duldung  FOR 12 DAYS.  ????
OR. Is it because the told me  that I should go and bring my  PASSPORT. I DON'T UNDERSTAND

@collins, what city are you in Germany? And did you put in for residence permit before that makes them to ask you to go back to ur home country? Was your working permit issue on ur Auswies or on an extra paper?

I live Leipzig city.
I do not put any residents permits .
My AUSWEISE is  green with  red line on it.

I told them that I'm sick which I bring the prove from the DOCTOR.  And also not save in my country which is real . . The after that.  They send me a FORM that I should fill it.  Now they send me again the same FORM  to fill it out.  Just to give them the reason why I don't want to go back to my country.   NOW  my Duldung Ausweise will be EXPIRE 6th of June.  But the say that I should come on the 18th of June.   Please.  Is it normal to stay in Germany with NON valid paper?   I'm confuse. . Please.  I'm waiting to hear from you.  Thanks
I got rejection from BAMF
