Hi everyone,

Im doing an assignment, I hope you guys can help me with some questions about the rights of asylum seeker in Belgium.

1. Does an asylum-seekers, who have not yet received a decision on their asylum case, have the right to get married to a Belgian?

2. Does an asylum-seekers, who have not yet received a decision on their asylum case, have the right to work as self-employed?

Firstly asylum seekers have the right to marry as long as he finds LOVE and he/she can provide identity. Country passport or birthcertificate. Secondly, Asylum seeker have not gotten hes or her decision have no right for self-employed business..@monica
