How can I marry my girlfriend from Greece?

My girlfriend is living in Greece holding Turkish passport, she doesn't have Greece passport or refugee visa. I'm an Indian want to marry her how can she come to my country? What will happen if she goes to my country embassy in Greece to apply visa? I can give her invitation letter or I'm ready to marry her in my country embassy in Greece but she doesn't have Greece documents. What all are the possible ways she can get visa to my country?
