Unfortunately all that you said is not informative. I know some person who is asyl and also went to psychologist for his depression and stress due to some dangerous situations that happened to him and he also fixed all this medical diagnosis in his asyl case. The answer from BAMF was negative. They said that his medical condition „Depression „is treatable in his native country and he doesnt need any special medication for his status to be treated in Germany. May be specialists here in community know more and will make you satisfied with their answers
